1. Ir. Frans S. Sunito  - President Director

He was born on 9 May 1949. He was previously appointed Development and Commerce Director of Jasa Marga (1998 - 2006), Technical and Business Development Director of PT Wijaya Karya (1997 - 1998), Planning and Business Development Director of PT Wijaya Karya (1992 - 1997) and Finance and Business Development Director of PT Wijaya Karya (1990 - 1992). He acquired his degree in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (1974). He received Satya Lencana Wira Karya award in 1997.

2. Ir. Abdul Hadi Hs.,MM - Development & Commerce Director

He was born on 13 June 1957. Before joining Jasa Marga in 1987, he was President Director of PT Jalantol Lingkar luar Jakarta (2001-2005), Head of Investment Development Division (1994-2001) and Head of Toll Road Investment Team of Jasa Marga (1994-2001). He got his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trisakti University in 1982 and master's degree in Management from Faculty of Economics of University of Indonesia in 1992.

3. Ir. Reynaldi Hermansjah - Finance Director

He was born on 16 May 1967. He was previously President Director of PT PNM Investment Management (2003-2006), CFO Expert Staff of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (1999-2002), President Director of PT BII Lend Lease Investment Services (1996-1998), Senior Manager PT Mees Pierson Finas Investment Management (1993-1996) and PT Nomura Securities (1991-1993). He earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta.

4. Ir. Adityawarman - Operation Director

He was born in Palembang on 25 Oktober 1955. In 1983, he started his career in Jasa Marga where he was previously Principal Staff of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. prior to being appointed Operation Director (since 2000). At present, he is also Expert Staff of President Director of PT CMNP (since 2007), Commissioner of PT Citra Waspphutowa (since 2006) and Commissioner of PT Citra Margatama Surabaya (since 2002). His previous posts were Operation & Business Development Director of PT CMNP (2002-2007), Operation Director of PT CMNP (2000-2002), Commissioner of PT CMNP (1998-2000), Cawang-Tomang-Cengkareng Branch Manager (1997-2000), Jagorawi Branch Manager (1993-1997), Head of Toll Operational Equipment Sub Division (1989-1993), Head of Traffic Management and Toll Equipment Sub Division (1988-1989), Head of Toll and Traffic Management Equipment Department (1984-1988), Acting Head of Operation Department (1983-1984), Staff of Management Sub Division (1983). He acquired his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University and master's degree in Management from Trisakti University .

5. Ir. Firmansjah, CES. - Human Resources Director

He was born in Kandangan on 8 September 1955. He joined Jasa Marga in 1983 and at present he is also Chairman of PT Sarana Marga Bhakti Utama (2004-2009). Prior to being appointed Human Resources Director he was Head of Internal Auditing Unit of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. (2006-2008), Head of Supervisory Board of Jasa Marga Pension Plan (2005-2007), Head of Supervisory Board of Jasa Marga Pension Plan (2002-2005), Chairman of PT Sarana Marga Bhakti Utama (1999-2004), Head of Human Resources Development Division (2001-2006), Head of Human Resources Bureau (2001), P3T of Cirebon and its surroundings Project Manager (1997-1998), Jakarta-Cikampek Branch Manager (1994-1995), Head of Maintenance Implementation Preparation Sub Division (1989-1992), Head of Jakarta-Merak Maintenance Division (1984-1988), and Head of Need Analysis Department of Logistics Division (1983-1984). He acquired his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya and his master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from ENTPE, Lyon, France.
