	Ir. Adityawarman President Director/CEO He was born on 25 Oktober 1955. He started his career at Jasa Marga in 1983. He was previously Commissioner of PT Citra Waspphutowa (2006-2008), President Commissioner of PT Citra Margatama Surabaya (2002-2009), Operation & Business Development Director of PT CMNP (2002-2007), Operation Director of PT CMNP (2000-2002), Commissioner of PT CMNP (1998-2000), Cawang-Tomang-Cengkareng Branch Manager (1997-2000), Jagorawi Branch Manager (1993-1997), Head of Toll Operational Equipment Sub Division (1989-1993), Head of Traffic Management and Toll Equipment Sub Division (1988-1989), Head of Toll and Traffic Management Equipment Department (1984-1988), Acting Head of Operation Department (1983-1984), and Staff of Management Sub Division (1983). He acquired his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University and master's degree in Management from Trisakti University.

	Ir. Hasanudin, M.Eng.Sc Operation Director Born on 26 September 1963. He joined Jasa Marga in 1988. He was head of Maintenance Division (2006-2012), Commissioner of PT Marga Mandala Sakti (2008-2010), and Head of Cipularang Toll Road Project (2004-2005). He acquired his bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Institute of Technology Sepuluh November and master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from University Of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.

	Ir. Abdul Hadi Hs.,MM Business Development Director Born on 13 June 1957, he started his career at Jasa Marga in 1987. He is now Jasa Marga's Business Development Director (since 2006). He was previously President Director of PT Jalantol Lingkarluar Jakarta (2001-2005), Head of Investment Development Division (1994-2001), Commissioner of PT Bukaka Marga Utama (1995-2001) and Head of Toll Road Investment Team of Jasa Marga (1994-2001). He got his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trisakti University in 1982 and master's degree in Management-Professional Track from Faculty of Economycs of University of Indonesia in 1992.

	Ir. Reynaldi Hermansjah Finance Director He was born on 16 May 1967. He was appointed Finance Director since 2006. He graduated from Trisakti University and has 15 years of investment and capital market experience in the financial sector. He began his career with Nomura Securities as Head of Sales in 1991. In 1993 until 1996, he held a position as Senior Manager at Mees Pierson Finas Investment Management, and in 1996 until 1998 as President Director of BII Lend Lease Investment Services. He was a Group Head at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency in 1999 until 2002 and then became President Director of PT PNM Investment Management from 2003 until 2006. He presently holds an Investment Manager License from Bapepam (No. KEP-38/PM-PI/1993).

	Ir. Muh. Najib Fauzan, M.Sc. Human Capital & General Affairs Director He was born on 2June 1960. He joined Jasa Marga in 1990. He was head of Corporate Planning Bureau (2006-2012), Commissioner of PT Marga Nujyasumo Agung (2009-present), Head of Jasa Marga’s IPO Team (2006), Head of Jasa Marga’s Bond Issuance Team, P Series (2003), Head of Head of Jasa Marga’s Bond Issuance Team, O Series (2002). He acquired his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, and master degree of Highway Engineering, from Bandung Institute of Technology.
