|||1. Establishing Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies within the Company.|
To achieve the Company's Vision and Mission in increasing the Company's value that gives positive impacts to the stakeholders and to encourage the development and improvement of the performance of its employees, the Company has established a Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental Policy in the Company based on the Decision of Directors Number 94/KPTS/2020 dated 30 September 2020.
|||2. Acquiring Certifications of Quality, Occupational Safety & Health and Environment Management System referring to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001: 2015|
The implementation of the Quality, Occupational Safety & Health and Environment Management System that refers to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 in the Company is proven in the certifications successfully obtained since 27 December 2019 for three management systems issued by BSI Indonesia as the certification body. The certifications are valid from the date of issuance until 26 December 2022.

The implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System at Jasa Marga refers to the regulations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety; Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems; Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number PER.04/MEN/1987 concerning the Committee for the Development of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Procedures for the Appointment of Work Safety Experts; Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number PER-02/MEN/1992 concerning Procedures for Appointing Obligations and Authorities of Occupational Health and Safety Experts; and ISO 45001: 2018 International Standard on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
In implementing the OHS program, the Company's OHS Unit periodically conducts work safety analysis to review the methods and identify unsafe work practices, monitor environmental conditions that may potentially cause OHS problems, and actions that are not in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Apart from preventive matters, the Company routinely inspects factors or hazards that have the potential to cause injuries, illnesses or accidents, along with identifying equipment malfunctions.
In the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System that is integrated with its management system, the Company has taken the following steps
1. Establishment of the Organizational Committee for Occupational Health and Safety (P2K3)
The Occupational Health and Safety Committee (P2K3) is an auxiliary body in the workplace, which is a forum for cooperation between employers and employees to develop cooperation, mutual understanding and effective participation in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety. The formation of the P2K3 organization is mandated by Law No. 01 of 1970 where P2K3 is in charge of providing considerations and can assist in the implementation of efforts to prevent work accidents and occupational illnesses in the Company and can provide effective socialization to workers. In order to comply with the Law, the Company has formed a P2K3 Organization within Jasa MargaIn 2020, most of P2K3 activities were carried out online using applications. This was done as a form of anticipation and to prevent the spreading of Covid-19 within Jasa Marga.2. Competencies Fulfillment
In connection with the fulfillment of competencies in the field of Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) in Jasa Marga, by the end of 2020, Jasa Marga has the competencies as follows:
3. Emergency Response Simulation
Emergency is a change in an activity or situation from normal to abnormal as a result of an unexpected or unwanted event that occurs suddenly and unexpectedly, it can occur anywhere and anytime, it can have a negative impact, can stop or interfere with the operation process, hence it is necessary to operate immediate countermeasures. Jasa Marga, on a regular basis, has carried out an Emergency Response Simulation with a minimum implementation once a year. In 2020, Emergency Response Simulation carried the theme Flood Disaster Emergency Response Simulation, and it was conducted while maintaining the Covid-19 prevention protocol. This activity was carried out on 15 October 2020.
4. Internal Audit of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
To comply with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in 2020, Jasa Marga has completed an Internal Audit of OHSMS at the Head Office in accordance with the regulations.
5. Hearing with the Manpower and Transmigration Office of DKI Jakarta Province
In the process of establishing P2K3 in the work area, Jasa Marga has held a hearing with the Manpower and Transmigration Office of DKI Jakarta Province. It was agreed that P2K3 is an obligation that must be established in the work area by involving OSH experts as the P2K3 secretary. After regional P2K3 structure is formed, it is then reported to the Manpower and Transmigration Office of DKI Jakarta Province for verification and approval. And for a period of 3 (three) months, the Company can report all activities regarding OHS in its area.
6. Protocol for Prevention of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Transmission
|a.||Enforcement of 6M (Washing hands, Wearing Masks, Keeping Distance, Reducing Mobilization, and Eliminating Crowds) in all office areas;|
|b.||Temperature measurement in front of the entrance;|
|c.||Provision of hand sanitizers and hand soap in the office area;|
|d.||Enforcement of a maximum number of people for elevators in the office;|
|e.||Enforcement Work from Office (WFO) and Work from Home (WFH) Work Systems;|
|f.||Enforcement of 50% capacity or take away in the canteen area;|
|g.||Enforcement of periodic inspections to enforce the Covid-19 prevention protocol in the office area;|
|h.||Checking of the Covid-19 negative/rapid test/antigen results for guests visiting the office area;|
|i.||Preparation of infographics on the dissemination of protocols for preventing transmission of Covid-19 in office areas;|
|j.||Locking down of office buildings for 3 days if there is an employee who is confirmed positive for Covid-19 and tracing of employees who have made close contact|
|k.||Spraying of disinfectant to all areas of the office after being declared lock down;|
|l.||Implementation rapid tests, antigen, and swab tests in the event of an employee's condition is indicated positive for Covid-19;|
|m.||Implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine has been carried out regularly for active employees, retired employees, and elderly parents of employees.|

| ||To support the health of its employees, every 3 (three) months, Jasa Marga holds health lectures inviting doctors from several hospitals as speakers. In addition to health lectures, the Company also conducts annual medical check-ups for every employee.|
| ||At the beginning of 2021, most health lectures conducted focused more on the prevention of Covid-19, adaptation of new habits, and vaccines. In addition, the method used in health lectures uses online media through applications. And for medical check-ups, it is more focused on testing the Covid-19 virus indication in employees, namely by using the Rapid Test, Anti-Gen, and Swab Test methods|
|2.||Audit on ISO Quality, OHS, and Environment|
| ||To maintain the implementation of quality, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the environment that have been proven in ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018, and 14001:2015 certifications for the scope of Jasa Marga Head Office, in 2020, the ISO certification body for Quality, OHS, and environment have conducted surveillance activities. In 2021, the surveillance will be carried out again at the end of the year.|

Green Toll Road Indonesia,
Environmental Management System ImplementationPT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. successfully achieved Green Toll Road certification for the two toll roads it manages. The two toll roads are the Gempol-Pandaan Toll Road managed by PT Jasamarga Pandaan Tol (JPT) with the title Silver and the Pandaan-Malang Toll Road managed by PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang with the Gold title.
The first Green Toll Road certification in Indonesia is organized by Green Infrastructure and Facilities Indonesia, a subdivision of the Green Product Council Indonesia (GPCI). The certificate was handed over by theChairman of GPCI Hendrata Atmoko and was also witnessed by the Chairman of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Danang Parikesit and Assistant Deputy for Business Development and Privatization of the Ministry of BUMN Kindy Rinald Syahrir during the Jasa Marga Risk Management Sharing Session on 10 March 2020.
The accomplishement of these two Green Toll Road certificates will become a reference for the best achievements in a number of Jasa Marga's toll roads. Jasa Marga hopes that the initiative in Green Toll Road certification becomes a role model for other Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) to implement it in the management of toll road sections outside the Jasa Marga Group.Meanwhile, Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), Danang Parikesit, also congratulated Jasa Marga for the two certificates achieved. The Green Toll Road certification process focuses on six indicators, namely access, feasibility and services; energy and water efficiency; environment; materials; construction; and regional cooperation.

| ||This indicator is to comply with regulations and technical aspects stipulated by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, including the Minimum Service Standards for Toll Roads and Standards for Rest Areas and Services on Toll Roads.|
| ||Fulfillment of cleanliness, plants and grass in toll road areas and of rest area & services.|
|3.||Energy and Water Efficiency|
| ||The use of electrical energy consumption (street and toll gates lighting) and the use of water.|
| ||The use of materials that do not have a negative impact on the environment.|
| ||Implementation of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE), traffic access for vehicles and people in toll road surroundings as well as SOP documents for construction activities from contractors.|
Includes reports on social activities (CSR) and the benefits of toll road development for community empowerment around toll roads. As part of the efforts to fulfill the criteria in the Green Toll Road Certification, Jasa Marga participates in the implementation of the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) in the infrastructure sector that has been set by the Government.
