Day Minus 3 of Christmas, More than Half a Million Vehicles Left Jakarta
Cikampek (12/23) - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk noted a total of 521,739 vehicles leaving Jakarta to the East, West and South for two days until day minus 3 of Christmas. This figure rose by 20.01% % from the normal daily traffic (LHR) of 434,762 vehicles.
TOWARDS THE EAST
The number of vehicles heading East was contributed from two Tollgates (GT), Cikampek Utama GT for vehicles heading Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road and Kalihurip Utama GT for vehicles heading Cipularang-Padaleunyi Toll Road. The detail is enumerated below:
- There were 162,780 vehicles on Cikampek Utama GT, which rose by 76.03% from the LHR of 92.472 vehicles
- There were 120,806 vehicles on Kalihurip Utama GT, which rose by 16.45% from the LHR of 103,741 vehicles
TOWARDS THE WEST
Jasa Marga also noticed 125,855 vehicles heading West via Cikupa GT of Merak-Tangerang Toll Road. This figure rose by 3.65%from the LHR of 130,619 vehicles.
TOWARDS THE SOUTH
Meanwhile, there were 112,298 vehicles heading South/Local via Ciawi GT of Jagorawi Toll Road. This figure rose by 4.05% from the LHR of 107,930 vehicles.
