Jakarta (05/13) – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (the "Company") was able to start the
first quarter of 2022 with a very positive performance despite Indonesia's economic
situation continuing to improve and recover from the pandemic.
The company earned
Rp392.8 billion in net profit, an increase of 142.7 percent or Rp231.0 billion over the
first quarter of 2021.
Improving performance in the first quarter of 2022 demonstrates the Company's
commitment to maintaining performance growth.

Revenues of Rp. 3.2 Trillion, a 16.0 percent increase, which was contributed by Toll
Revenues of Rp. 2.9 Trillion, a 15.7 percent increase, and Other Operating Revenues of
Rp. 257.8 Billion, a 9.6 percent increase from the same period the previous year.

the construction of the Gedebage-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap Toll Road, signed a Concession

subsidiary PT Jasamarga Bali Tol, signed a Solar Power Plant Facility (PLTS)
Cooperation Agreement with PT Bukit Energi Investama (IDX), a subsidiary of PT
Bukit Asam Tbk, in order to support the implementation of Bali's G20 Presidency in
