PT Jogjasolo Marga Makmur (JMM) is a Business Entity that managing the Solo – Yogyakarta – YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road, where this toll segment is a National Strategic Project based on Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2020. As a National Strategic Project, the land acquisition for the Solo – Yogyakarta toll road project – YIA Kulon Progo is implemented by the government which funding source is through the State Budget.

Generally, the implementation of land acquisition activities for the Solo – Yogyakarta – YIA Kulon Progo toll road project can be carried out well, smoothly and has reached 26.2% progress. Funds of 1.7 trillion rupiah have been disbursed by the government for the payment of Compensation Money (UGK) to affected communities spread across 4 (four) Regencies, namely Karanganyar, Boyolali, Klaten and Sleman. Although we are currently still in the Covid 19 pandemic and the implementation of PPKM.

In his statement, JMM President Director Adrian Priohutomo explained that the success of land acquisition activities can be realized because of the full support of the government and the collaboration and synergy between the JMM land acquisition team and the Land Procurement Commitment Making Officer (Directorate General of Highways – Ministry of PUPR), Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), State Asset Management Institution (LMAN) and Local Government.

Furthermore, the participation from communities/people for preparing and completing the documents needed for the process of relinquishing their rights also plays an important role in accelerating the land acquisition process for this toll road project. On the other hand, the community also feels happy because the compensation received is very attractive, as the results, it can raising their standard of living/economic standard.

"We express our highest gratitude to all affected communities / residents who have sincerely been willing to relinquish their land rights for the construction of the Solo - Yogyakarta - YIA Kulon Progo toll road," said Adrian.

In order for accelerating the implementation of the work, the service providers for section 1 are divided into 2 sub sections, namely section 1.1 of the Kartasura - Klaten section and section 1.2 of the Klaten - Purwomartani section. The service providers for each of these sub-sections are PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk for section 1.1 and PT Dayamulia Turangga for section 1.2. Until now the work progress for section 1 has reached 3.6%.

For the convenience of toll road users and increasing the development of the area around the toll road, JMM will build a Rest Area / Rest and Service Area located in the village of Manjungan – Klaten (sta 19+300 A) and the village of Demak Ijo – Klaten (sta 25+200 B), for supporting the acceleration and smooth running of the plan, intensive coordination has been carried out with relevant agencies and the local government. One of them was a meeting on September 2, 2021 which took place at the Klaten Regent's Office regarding the Final Engineering plan of the work which was attended by the Regent and Deputy Regent of Klaten, and their staff.

we applying the "Building Information Modeling" (BIM) technology, which today, September 11, 2021, we declaring BIM Go Live for managing this project properly. This BIM technology will greatly facilitate all aspects of project activities, starting from planning, implementation including operational and maintenance activities later. The application of BIM is a technology required by the Directorate General of Highways – Ministry of PUPR and the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) to BUJT and other service providers. This will facilitate monitoring of work implementation, as the results, the information will be received faster for decision making, accurate and environmentally friendly (paperless). In addition, the using of BIM 360 in this project aims for integrating data storage as well as a communication and coordination tool for all stakeholders. In the future, it will be used as a database for operational activities and overall maintenance of toll road sections managed by PT JMM. This is what the JMM Engineering team continues to develop.
